Your fast track to the world of gastronomy

With fifty year’s experience in honing the skills of gastronomy professionals, the Ecole Lenôtre also runs intensive classes for those who need an inside line to a career in cooking and pastry.
There are two stages to the training. The first step is to learn and master the basics of pastry, bakery and cooking. Then there is a personalized 12-week program. After your training and a 2-day practical exam, you will be awarded Ecole Lenôtre’s Grand Diploma, your passport to a career in gastronomy, either in France or worldwilde.
