There are two stages to the training. The first step is to learn and master the basics of pastry, bakery and cooking. Then there is a personalized 12-week program. After your training and a 2-day practical exam, you will be awarded Ecole Lenôtre’s Grand Diploma, your passport to a career in gastronomy, either in France or worldwilde. |
