Created in 1971 by Gaston Lenôtre, l’Ecole Lenôtre is the first gastronomy school in France for both basic and advanced training, and enjoys an international renown.
Welcoming new ideas whilst upholding the best of traditions, the school is a perfect balance of past, present and future. To hand down knowledge, to develop French culinary heritage, to have  respect for produce, passion for one’s work, rigor, desire and commitment – these are the values of l’Ecole Lenôtre.


For professionals and amateurs there are Lenôtre courses to suit everybody!

Proud to fly the flag for French gastronomy at its finest, Lenotre is also available to non-professionals who want to discover chef’s secrets. Available at the Pavillon Elysée Lenôtre on the Champs Elysées and the Café Lenôtre Rue d’Antibes in Cannes.
